How To Configure Repetier Host for WoodMAX i3 (Prusa i3)
In this we will see how to configure the Repetier Host software for WoodMAX i3 (Prusa i3). This steps will work for any RepRap based 3d printer, with little change in some settings.

Download and install the the latest Repetier host software in your system. And Launch the Repetier Host application
Click the Printer Settings icon or select it from menu Config > Printer Settings
First you need to give some name to the printer, Enter WoodMAX i3 for the name, highlighted in red box.
Make sure you settings is similar to below.
- Port: Select the COM port to which the 3d printer is connected
- Baud Rate: 115200
For rest of the settings, leave it as show in above screen shot.
You can find the COM port in your PC using,
- In Windows OS get this info from Windows device manager,
- In Linux you can figure it out from dmesg command.
Set the default extruder and Heat bed temperature, I you don’t have heat bed set it to 0. Leave rest of the settings to default.
Printer Shape Tab
Here we will say what is our printers dimension, Use below settings for WoodMAX i3
We have nothing to do here, leave it as is Once done with the settings click OK
Connect to printer (WoodMAX i3)
Now click Connect button to connect to WoodMAX i3
If you have more than one printer then select WoodMAX i3 from the drop down menu.
