Prepare Heat Core

Apply few turns of PTFE tape to the heat cores thread

Note: PTFE tape helps sealing the threads properly (PTFE tape is not included in the package)

PEEK Isolator Assembly

Screw in the PEEK Isolator

PTFE In-line Tube Assembly

Insert the PTFE Tube completely as shown in picture and lock it with the small grub screw provided

Prepare Thermistor

Note: We have skipped the thermistor soldering, since most would do it easily

Warning: During soldering don't forget to put PTFE slew (mandatory)

Kapton tape is optional

Assemble the thermistor

Insert the thermistor into the hole for it and tighten it with screw, then install the thermistor

Installing heat cartridge

Install the heat cartridge and tighten it using the grub screw

Finally assembled hotend should look like this.
